The microsoft certified specialist exams for the Word , Excel
Associate , PowerPoint Associate ,
and Word Expert certifications
were released first, and the exams for the Outlook Associate, Access Expert and
Excel Expert certifications will be available soon. You will still get a
certification for each exam you pass. Further:

As of the end of July 2019, if you
pass three Associate exams, you will be awarded the Microsoft Office
Specialist: Associate Certifications

Beginning in mid-August 2019, if you
obtain a Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification and pass two
additional Expert exams, you will be awarded the Microsoft Office
Specialist:Expert certification, the highest certification in the Microsoft
Office Specialist program.
This
certification demonstrates that you have the necessary skills to make the most
of Office by obtaining a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification in a
specific Office program.
