salaries for civil engineer Minimum salary of a fresh civil engineer is 3lakhs to 5lakhs / year in construction company / assignment with client in south india. Salary based on monthly target ( progress of work ) is 8lakhs to 12lakhs in north India & central India for engineers with 2 years to 5years experience . But after one year they will pay the deserving salary according to the hard work & manpower management skills.
If Appointed as a Junior Engineer in Govt Organisation - 30000 - 40000 Rupees. (Different state governments have different grade pay for ex. 3200, 4200 & 4800)
If Appointed as an Assistant Engineer in Govt Organisation - 55000 Rupees Approx. Grade pay 5400
If Appointed as a Site Engineer, Billing Engineer In XYZ Private Firm/ BuilderOne may get around 15000–18000.
